Not producing vapour
If your alt. is not producing vapour it is important to identify whether the issue is due to the alt. pod or the alt. device.
Firstly, check to see if the light on your alt. is still lighting up when you drag.
Please try another alt. pod. If the device now works properly the alt. pod was faulty.
Light is not working
If the light is not glowing when you inhale make sure you have charged the device.
Please check inside where the alt. pod fits into the device to ensure there is nothing inside the device stopping the contacts from making a connection with the pod.
If there is nothing inside the device stopping the connection, try cleaning the bronze contacts on the pod and the device with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton bud.
If the device is charged, contacts are clean and still not lighting up when you drag please contact customer service.
Not Charging
It is important to use a 0.5amp charger when charging your alt. If you don't have one, you can buy one here. High amp chargers can damage the charging components in the device leading to the device not working.
The light on the alt. illuminates when the alt. is on charge and extinguishes when the alt. is fully charged. If this is not functioning as it should please contact customer service.
Activates when not in use
If your alt. is activating when not at use this is a fault and it needs to replaced immediately. Please discontinue using your alt. and contact customer service for a replacement.
Battery not lasting as long anymore
Lithium ion batteries all lose capacity over time. This is the same as mobile phones. If you have had your alt. for some time it is reasonable to expect a decrease in duration of the battery. However, if your alt. is new and you are experiencing short battery life please contact customer service.
Pod and device connection not stable
If you are noticing connectivity issues between your alt. pod and alt. device please check inside where the alt. pod fits into the device to ensure there is nothing inside the device stopping the contacts from making a connection.
If there is nothing inside the device stopping the connection, try cleaning the bronze contacts on the pod and the device with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton bud.
If you are still having connectivity issues please contact customer service.
None of these options fix my problem

Pod Issues
Pods are leaking
alt. pods can leak due to rough handling in transit, exposure to sunlight or other heat sources, build up of condensation in the airflow tube and other instances through normal use. It is important to note that a small amount of leakage is not generally a sign of fault with the pod and can generally be remedied quite easily.
The best practice for removing leaking liquid is to tilt the pod sideways and drain the liquid out the airflow tube on the side of the pod by gently tapping. Once any excess liquid is removed from the airflow chamber the alt. pod will function as normal.
If you find your alt. pod is continuing to leak considerably please contact customer service.
Pods appear to be blocked
If you find it hard to draw from your alt. then the first thing you need to check is the base of the alt. pod and the inside of the alt. device where the pod is inserted into the device. Check for any obstruction that can be caused by foreign material getting into the device or caught on the base of the pod.
If there is no obvious sign of blockage please contact customer service.
Liquid inside sealed pod pack
Liquid on the inside of your sealed alt. pod pack is often due to mishandling during transit. A crushed alt. pod pack can cause liquid to seep into the packaging.
Simply clean the alt. pod with a paper towel. Check the alt. pod for liquid inside the airflow chamber. If there is any liquid inside the airflow chamber gently tap this out. The alt. pod should now function as normal.
If you have any further issues with your alt. pod please contact customer service.
Pod tastes burnt but there is liquid in the pod.
If your pod has a burnt taste (similar to when an alt. pod is empty) but there is still a lot of liquid in the alt. pod please contact customer service.
Having trouble redeeming my free alt. Pod Pack.
You must have a free pod pack card to redeem your free pod pack. You will find this inside selected alt. kit boxes alongside the instruction manual.
Scratch to reveal your code and enter it on the Register Your alt. on the official alt. website.
If you are still having trouble please contact customer support.
None of these options fix my problem.
