Deciding what nicotine level you should be vaping depends on two factors:
- What model of vaporiser you are using or plan to buy as this will determine your style of vaping and;
- How many cigarettes you smoke per day
Working out what nicotine is right for you is part of the vaping process but we do have guides available.
Firstly, you need to determine if you are buying or have bought to find out if you are a mouth-to-lung or direct-lung style vape. You can find information on the styles of vaping here. But essentially it means you either vape into your mouth first and then into your lungs (mouth to lung style like the VAPO Alpha Kit) or you directly draw the vapour straight down to your lungs (direct lung style like the VAPO Flow Kit).
